We normally ship all items within 48 hours of receipt of the order. If there is any reason your order will not be shipped within this timeframe we will contact you directly.

If you need to return an item first contact us by phone or email. We do not accept returns unless you first contact us for return instructions and only then in case of defective item. In the event of a return shipping is your responsibility and the item needs to be in its original packaging.
